- ID Copies for ALL directors;
- Cell-phone numbers and email addresses for ALL directors;
- Detailed description of the nature of business of the company;
- Company banking details (bank name, account number, account name and branch code);
- Number of employees and total salary monthly bill; and
- Current tax clearance certificate.
We have 2 COIDA registration packages - the Quick Package and the Express Package. The Quick Page costs R1,400 and you get your Letter of Good Standing in 5 days. The Express package costs R2,500 and you get your Letter of Good Standing in 48 hours.
Besides our service fees, you will also have to pay an amount to the Compensation Fund. This amount varies depending on how many employees you have and how much their remuneration is.
This all depends on the package that you have chosen. On the Quick Package, you will get your Letter of Good Standing within 5 days. On the Express Package, you will get your Letter of Good Standing in 48 hours.
We start counting the turnaround times from the point when we have received all documentation from you and the Compensation Fund has issued you with a registration number.
